Bacon Bears,

We are BEARS (Be Excited About Reading in Schools)

PTO Meeting: April 11 at 5:30 PM in Library

Mark your calendars! Our next PTO meeting is scheduled for April 11th at 5:30 PM in the school library. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and guardians to get involved, stay informed, and contribute to the vibrant Bacon community. We look forward to seeing you there!

Wild About Cumberland Field Trip

Our 4th graders had an unforgettable experience at the Wild About Cumberland last week! Exploring nature, learning about wildlife, and making memories - it was truly an enriching adventure for our students. A big thank you to all the teachers, volunteers, and staff who made this trip possible! See below for some pictures from the trip!

Pizza Bingo Night: April 23 at 6:00 PM

Get ready for a fun-filled evening of pizza and bingo! Mark your calendars for Pizza Bingo Night on April 23rd at 6:00 PM. Join us for delicious pizza, exciting games, and fantastic prizes. It's sure to be a blast for the whole family!

Million Mile Walk/Run Program Update

We're making strides in the Million Mile Walk/Run program! So far in March, our Bacon community has collectively covered an impressive 1,081 miles. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! Every step brings us closer to our goal while promoting health and wellness.

Spring Break Reminder

As a friendly reminder, Spring Break starts on March 29th and continues until April 7th. Enjoy this well-deserved break with your loved ones, recharge, and come back ready for the remainder of the school year. Classes will resume on Monday, April 8th.

Coin Drive: March 25-28

Please help support our Bacon School Safety Patrol by participating in our Coin Drive from March 25th to March 28th. The Safety Patrol members work diligently to ensure the safety of our students during drop-off and pick-up times, rain or shine. Your generous donations will help fund their annual end-of-year trip, rewarding their hard work and dedication. Look out for Safety Patrol Members at the cones and on the front stairs with their collection cans during drop-off and pick-up times. Any contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated.
