Bacon Bears,
We are BEARS! (Be Excited About Reading in School)
Welcome back, RM Bacon Family! 🌸 We hope you had an amazing spring break full of fun, relaxation, and maybe a little sunshine! Now it’s time to jump back in—our last two months of school are packed with activities, celebrations, and exciting moments you won’t want to miss.
Here’s what’s happening this week:
🌟 Pretzel Money is Due – Monday, 4/28:
Don't forget to bring in your pretzel money! Start the week off right (and deliciously) by getting your orders in.
🎉 PBIS Assembly – Tuesday, 4/29:
We’ll be celebrating all the amazing things happening at RM Bacon! We'll recognize our Students of the Month and focus on April’s character trait: Honesty. Keep up the awesome work, everyone!
🛍️ PBIS Bear Bucks Store – Wednesday, 5/1:
It’s time to cash in those Bear Bucks! Students, get ready to shop ‘til you drop (well, almost!) and celebrate all your positive behavior.
📚 Annual School Planning Meeting – Wednesday, 5/1 at 8:00 AM (Library):
Staff, we’re gathering to dream big and plan even bigger for the 2025-2026 school year. Hope to see you there!
🍦 Student Council Fundraiser – Wednesday, 4/30 at 5:00 PM:
Come out to Barbera’s Chocolate and Ice Cream Shoppe for a sweet treat! Let’s show our Bacon pride and make a difference!
🔬 NJSLA 5th Grade Science Test – Thursday and Friday:
Good luck to our 5th graders as they show what they know! We believe in you—get a good night’s sleep, eat a solid breakfast, and give it your best!
Let’s finish strong, stay positive, and make these last few weeks unforgettable!
We've got this, RM Bacon! 💪💙
