Bacon Bears,


We hope you enjoyed the weekend.  Here's a thought for you - this was the last weekend of October, and this coming week marks the arrival of November.  It seems impossible, but it's true.  But we've got a little October business to conclude first.

As long as the weather cooperates (and it looks like it will) the Frolic is Tuesday!  Of course, if it does rain we've got our backup day - Wednesday.  Like always, this year's Frolic is sure to be one of our biggest events of the year.  Please note:  If you are coming to the Frolic by car, please do not park in the One Stop plaza parking lot.    

Our costume parade will be on Thursday.  We'll announce the time later this week.

The upcoming November dates have been updated, but please keep checking each week for any additional dates that may be added.

**Staff, please note - instead of the usual 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, our staff meetings in November will be on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays.**

Bacon Bears,

Okay, so you might be wondering why we put a picture of tater tots as our blog cover.  Because Bacon has the best tots around, that's why.  And we wanted you to know! Bacon...tots...Bacon...tots...you can't beat that combo.

Anyway, it was another week of fun-filled adventures here at RM Bacon.  After enjoying last Monday off, everyone was back it again.

The Frolic is coming up, and will be here before you know it!  Make sure you check out the weekly calendar and upcoming dates.

For all who ordered breast cancer shirts - the shirts should be distributed on Monday or Tuesday.

We hope all our students had a fun four-day weekend, and we equally hope our staff had a great three-day weekend!  On Tuesday, we'll be jumping into another short(er) week, so buckle up - here we go! 

See below regarding our Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program.  We are currently in week three of the grant.  It's been an educational and fun way to sample fruits and veggies native to New Jersey as well as from all over the country.  In addition,  we read some facts about the fruit or veggie of the day during our morning announcements.
