Bacon Bears,

We had another great week at RM Bacon Elementary School. Each class had the opportunity to hear about Fire Safety. The students loved the visit from the Fire Fighters. These brave men and women play such an important role in our community!


This week, the RM Bacon Bears have a lot of activities going on. This Wednesday, we will have our first PBIS Bear Bucks Store. I know that the students have been saving up their Bear Bucks for a chance to buy some items and have fun!

Week of Respect - Here are a few activities for the week:

Monday 10/19/15	Back Black Friday	Dress in BLACK because you won’t stand BACK when you or someone is getting bullied!
Tuesday 10/20/15	Spread Red - Tuesday	Get the word spread, by wearing RED. NO DRUGS FOR ME!
Wednesday 10/21/15	True Blue- Wednesday	Dress in BLUE, to represent a FRIEND who is TRUE!
Thursday 10/22/15	Clean & Green Thursday	Keep the world CLEAN, show support by wearing GREEN!
Pink 10/23/15	Think Pink Friday	Dress in PINK to show you will THINK about ways to respect yourself and others! (Breast Cancer Awareness)

Wednesday: Popcorn Chicken Bowl w/mashed potatoes and corn, Cranberry Sauce

Thursday:  Mozzarella Sticks w/ Sauce, Seasoned Green Beans, Chilled Mixed Fruit

Friday:  Pepperoni or Plain Pizza, Tossed Salad, Orange Smiles

Lunch Alternatives are:  Hot Dog on Whole Grain Bun, Ham & Cheese Sandwich or PB&J w/parfait. Or Garden Salad
