RM Bacon Staff on the last day of school! |
Bacon Bears,
We hope this post finds all of our RM Bacon families enjoying a fun and restful summer! Even though the halls are a little quieter right now, we miss you all and are already preparing for an exciting 2025-2026 school year.
Here are just a few updates from the building:
The building is being deep-cleaned from top to bottom!
Our playground is getting repaired, so it’s ready for lots of fun when school starts again.
Room 4 is getting a brand new floor—and it's going to be transformed into our new Art and Science Room! We can’t wait to see all the creativity and discovery that happens in that space.
Of course, summer isn’t just about work—it’s also about family and fun! I’ve included a few personal photos from a recent trip to Ocean City, NJ, and a special shout-out to my own kids who celebrated milestone birthdays in June!
We’d love to hear from you!
If your family takes a vacation, enjoys a day trip, or has a summer highlight, feel free to send us a photo. We’d love to include it in a future blog post or on our social media. Email your pictures to spike.cook@millville.org or you can post on our Facebook!
Enjoy every minute of July, and we’ll keep the updates coming as we get closer to September.
Warmly,
Dr. Spike Cook
