It's been an exciting week filled with appreciation and professional growth here at Bacon School. Let's dive into the highlights and upcoming events!

Staff Appreciation Week: This week, we celebrate our incredible staff members who go above and beyond to support our students every day. From heartfelt notes to special treats, we will show our appreciation for their dedication and hard work. Thank you to all our staff for everything you do!

Foam Run: On Friday, May 10, 2024 we will be hosting our first Foam Run. This event is part of our ongoing Healthy School Initiative. Students will need to wear clothes that they will not mind getting foamy!

American Reading Company (ARC) Professional Development: Our teachers engaged in enriching professional development sessions with the American Reading Company (ARC), focusing on enhancing literacy instruction and promoting a love for reading among our students. These valuable sessions empower our educators to continue inspiring young minds and fostering a culture of literacy at Bacon School. The professional Development will take place on Wednesday. 

Staff Meeting: In our staff meeting on Wednesday, we will discuss our Annual School Plan for the upcoming academic year (24-25). We will be collaborating on strategies and goals as well as the well-being of our students while maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Together, we're shaping the future of Bacon School!
