Bacon Bears,
We are BEARS (Be Excited About Reading in School)
This is going to be an exciting week at Bacon! On Thursday, we have our Annual Turkey Feast. This tradition has being going on for a long time at Bacon and it is all about creating a family environment for our kids. The staff will be serving the students and they will be able to choose from all the good fixings such as turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and desserts.
Our Parent Conferences start on Friday and this will allow our parents to discuss the progress of their children thus far in the year. Here is the schedule:
November 18 - Early Dismissal 1:45 PM- Parent Conferences pre scheduled until 4:00 PM
November 21 - Early Dismissal 1:45 PM- Parent Conferences pre scheduled 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
November 22 - Early Dismissal 1:45 PM- Parent Conferences pre scheduled 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Mrs. Workman organized a card drive to donate to Texas Roadhouse for the Veterans Day. Students wrote messages and drew pictures for those who have served our country!
